Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- To begin a return, email cs@protechtrader.com for instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, damaged, or modified products
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items may be exchanged. Contact cs@protechtrader.com for assistance.
Shipping Policy
Processing & Carriers
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, excluding holidays.
- We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking & Backorders
- When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
- If an item is on backorder, we will ship available items first and send the remaining items when they become available at no additional shipping charge.
