How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Products & Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unused condition. Please email cs@protechtrader.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Are your Make: Electronics kits official?
Yes! ProTechTrader is the official recommended supplier for Make: Electronics kits by Charles Platt. We work directly with the author to ensure our component packs contain the correct parts for each experiment in his books.
Are your coffee products fresh?
Absolutely. We receive regular shipments of Wawa and Dunkin Donuts coffee products and maintain fresh inventory. All products have clearly marked expiration dates and are stored in optimal conditions.
