30-day return period
Use the normal return process for an eligible new purchase during the initial return period.
Product Replacement Plan
One approved whole-product replacement for a covered failure during the Plan term.
Unlimited Component Plan
Unlimited approved replacements of listed covered components during the Plan term.
How ProTechTrader backs the Plans
ProTechTrader sells, provides, and administers these Plans. We review the claim and provide the approved replacement. No outside warranty company is responsible for the Plan.
Clear records
Your order records the Plan choice and price. After payment is confirmed, we create a contract snapshot and email the contract ID. The purchased terms do not change if a website page is updated later.
