Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
To begin a return, email cs@protechtrader.com for instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items may be exchanged. Contact cs@protechtrader.com for assistance.

Processing & Carriers
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, excluding holidays.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking & Backorders
When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
If an item is on backorder, we will ship available items first and send the remaining items when they become available at no additional shipping charge.
